Policy and Disclaimer

The Organizing Committee of ECMS 2015 shall observe the basic policy of nondiscrimination and affirms the rights of scientists throughout the world to adhere or to associate with international scientific activity without regard to such factors as ethnic origin, religion, citizenship, language, political stance, gender, sex or age, in accordance with the Statues of the International Council for Science. At ECMS 2015 no barriers will exist which would prevent the participation of bona fide scientists.

Disclaimer
A lot of effort is going into making the ECMS 2015 a success, presenting a printed programme as scheduled and ensuring safety and comfort. However, neither the ECMS 2015 nor any of its representatives will be legally responsible for any cancellation of the Conference, arrangements, programmes or plans having to do with the ECMS 2015 or any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during their stay in Italy for the ECMS 2015.

Privacy and Security
We respect your personal information. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. Any personal credit card information you submit to ECMS 2015 will only be used to process your registration to the conference. Your credit card data will not be stored on our database and will not be retained. We will retain (offline) only the last five digits and expiration date of your card for administrative purposes. After the conference all data you provided will be deleted from our storage systems.
